By accessing or using Swingify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
AI equipment guidance, not professional advice
Swingify provides AI-generated equipment suggestions, buying guidance, comparison support, and fitting-related recommendations based on user-provided information.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable if your player profile, swing data, club specifications, listing details, or market context are incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
Swingify does not replace an in-person club fitting, coaching, professional club inspection, or advice from a qualified golf professional or fitter.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Accurate information and account security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
CREDIT SYSTEM
Credits power Swingify tools
- Swingify Credits can be purchased and are deducted when you use paid tools, including club evaluations, club comparisons, advanced fittings, and future equipment advisor features.
- Credits are non-refundable except in cases of documented technical malfunction.
- Swingify reserves the right to modify credit costs, packages, and tool pricing with prior notice where required.
AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE
Merchant links and possible commissions
Swingify may show product links, merchant links, or affiliate links alongside recommendations, reports, or buying guidance.
Swingify may earn a commission if you purchase through certain links. Any commission earned does not guarantee that a product is right for you or that a listed price is fair.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Swingify owns the platform content and systems
All content made available through Swingify, including algorithms, interface elements, branding, text, and design, is owned by Swingify or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the service without prior written permission.
PRICE AND RISK CONTEXT

Any price score, price context, risk level, or buying recommendation is informational only.
Swingify price guidance should not be treated as a real-time market valuation, appraisal, financial advice, or guarantee that a listed price is fair.
USED CLUB AND MARKETPLACE RISK
Verify listings before purchase
You are responsible for verifying seller reputation, club authenticity, condition, shaft specifications, loft, lie, length, defects, return policies, shipping costs, taxes, and import duties before purchasing equipment.
Marketplace listings can be incomplete or misleading. Final purchase decisions are your responsibility.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
No guarantee of performance or satisfaction
Swingify does not guarantee lower scores, better performance, distance gains, accuracy improvements, injury prevention, or satisfaction with any equipment you purchase or test.
We are not liable for purchases, marketplace disputes, fitting outcomes, performance results, or decisions made based on AI-generated outputs from the platform.
You are responsible for deciding whether to buy, return, modify, test, or avoid any club or equipment setup.
USER CONDUCT
Respectful and authorized use only
- You may not misuse the service through spam, malicious behavior, or abusive activity.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized automated use of the platform or APIs is prohibited.
TERMINATION
Accounts may be suspended for violations
Swingify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or misuse the platform.
GOVERNING LAW
Italian law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any disputes will be subject to the competent forum in Italy.
CHANGES TO TERMS
Material updates will be communicated
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time.
